Challenge your body is more than just a gym. It is a place where people gather together not just to exercise the body, but also to inspire and to be inspired. It's a community, a family, sanctuary, a gathering place for everyone to share hope and health.

Challenge Your Body (CYB) is your place to become whole in body mind and spirit. I founded CYB in the spring of 2010. I wanted to create a fitness community where people feel 100% accepted and loved for who they are, exactly where they are. CYB is a place where a person can exercise their body to get healthy while encouraging others to as well. CYB is designed with each person in mind. The one who struggles with body image and feels out of place in a standard gym will come to CYB and feel hope, supported, loved, and challenged. The person who doesn't like a big boxed gym will come and embrace the family dynamics and the atmosphere of support for each person. The person who struggles with movement or has health restrictions will embrace CYB's attentive programming and individualized attention.

The vision for CYB is to ignite the spirit within each of us to embrace health and fitness and to also continue to grow .. CYB believes that fitness is a journey and not a quick sprint. Part of the journey is to pay attention to those around us as we grow and get stronger as we stride towards wholeness we are called to lift others up and pay it forward. CYB's role in FIT, is to walk alongside the women who are placed in our care and encourage, challenge, inspire and lift them up. Fitness is our tool to share the love of Christ and ignite hope.
